This is the chandelier that hangs from the great room. It's just gorgeous. This will be My Best Shot for today. Visit Tracey's to see what's goin' on.
(Oh, and for some reason Pink Ink did not post the poll on Friday so it's up now until midnight tonight if you still want to pat a gal on the back.)
Texture

The theme today at Stacy's is "Texture". I took it literally and added some here. This is sweet, adorable, cutiepie Avery. Her eyes are that stunning all the time.
And, in case you didn't catch it yesterday, I was featured as the Photo of the Day at Pink Ink Studios with this picture. I couldn't believe it because they feature some really fantastic photos from really fantastic photogs and well, it's just little ol' me over here having some fun. Pink Ink picks a photo of day M-F and then we vote on a winner on Fridays. Check them out on Friday to give me some love. And Pink Ink has some really cool stuff, so while you are there, check out their textures, and borders, and cards, and all kinds of fun.

Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 08:43PM The other day Vienne was watching tv and said, "Momma, how come the people on the tv always looking at me?" I giggled and said, "'Cause your so cute. They can't help it."
And Natalya got a check for her birthday from the Grands. She looked at it and asked what it was. I said, "It's a check. It's money." She replies, "It's money? How come it doesn't have any presidents on it?"
Just cherishing life right now.
The Other Love
Monday, February 18, 2008 at 01:07PM Like many of you, on the birthdays of my children I think a lot about them. Why I love them, how I couldn't live without them, how their eyes are just so beautiful, how lucky I am to live each day with them. Normal stuff that makes us continue to parent them with whole hearts. But today I also got to thinking of the one thing (well, the one thing plus fertility treatments ) that actually made the wonderful day 7 years ago a reality. The HipHub. Without him, my beautiful girls would not be. I look at them and I see him. I look at him and I see them. What a wonderful way to live.
The Superhero Challenge at Shutter Sisters today is to take a picture of the Hubby outside the realm of kids. It's hard a lot of times to see the Hub as anything but a father. Taking the challenge let me see him again as the man that I fell in love with. Tell me if you take the challenge. I'd love to see it.
