Dawn just had her third boy.
Baby Max was born yesterday on 9-9-09. Didn't even know that date was significant until Dawn told me. Congrats, Dawn and Shaun. One more boy can't be much different than two boys. Can it?
Thursday, August 6, 2009 at 07:17PM I am not. But it's fun to try. Many of you may be familar with Totally Rad Actions and may even use them. I use them a lot. And really love them. If you use them and totally love a photo that you edited using the actions you can submit that photo and your "Recipe" and they may chose your photo to appear in their collection of totally awesome. Guess what? Yea, baby! I'm there. Totally. Check it! Here's the photo that I submitted:
But go look at it among the other photos. It's totally more cool that way. I know, I'm a dork. And keep watching their site if you are a texture fan because they are coming out with a totally rad texture action and texture set. OH, and I have a temporary site now that I will use until my real one gets up and running. Hopefully that will be soon. I've been waiting so long. Here's the link to that.
We just got back from another trip. This one was to CA to visit family. I think I'm all vacationed out for awhile. I haven't opened my email or google reader and frankly, I'm a little afraid too. I think it's just as bad as having to do vacation laundry.

We are back from our trip to paradise. We had such a great time. We traveled with another family (love you dearly). All of the 5 kids just did fantastically. I think it definitely made the trip so much more fun for the girls and made all of the shuttle rides and long plane ride (8 hours) easier on them. 8 days was great but we definitely need a few more days to pack in everything that was on my wish list of things to see. That just means that we'll have to go back. We did get to experience Pearl Harbor, swimming with dolphins, two luaus, the Polynesian cultural center, a broken down tour bus on the highway at night, beautiful sunsets, not 100 degree Texas heat, and tons of great memories for our girls. Couldn't ask for more.
I'm sharing these pics as My Best Shots for today. I will post more soon. After I put away four loads of laundry. And clean the house. I'm really convinced that someone was living here while we were gone. It's a mess here.
Wednesday, July 8, 2009 at 09:19PM I actually forgot that it's Wednesday even though regular Wednesday things did happen today. No Whatever Wednesday today. I'm actually way behind now on work so I can't spare that many minutes. I'm trying to get as much editing done before the weekend. But, I do have time to show you this picture. This session is actually third on my list but I always have to come home and look at them. I couldn't wait to see these especially. Meet baby Gage. He is the beautiful boy of the beautiful momma that I photographed a month ago.
Does anyone remember what it was like to be a first time mom? The feeling of elation and thrill and anxiety all at the same time? It's amazing.
