I Wonder...
I wonder what she's thinking.
I wonder what she'll be.
I wonder what decisions she'll make
And will she always think of me.
Wonder at Stacy's today, it's Theme Thursday.
Vienne had her preschool open house yesterday. We got to meet her teachers and see her new classroom. And boy do they really mean business this year. The room looks so much different then the preschool 3 year old classroom. Her new room doesn't have carpet, there is a science center, there is so much more on the walls, lot of words, and it was much colder (OK, that might have just been for the heat.) Her new teacher is new to the school and is as sweet as can be. And it turns out that she was a ballerina in New York at one time. Right up my little girl's alley. I really do wonder all the time what the future holds for this one. She certainly dances to a different drummer than Natalya. Will it be harder? Will she take it life easier? Hmm... I'm not ready to find out.

Wonderful pink ruffles and lace frock like skirt! I don't know really what to call it but she looks divine in it. Wonderfully set up shots I like the white chair and the contrasting grassy greens. Really beautiful.
I hope preschool is lots of fun. :)
What beautiful shots, Melody. I'm so glad you like Vienne's teacher! I am very happy with Jaden's class, I think they'll all have a great year. As for me, if I can be on time every day, well then I will have learned something too!
Beautiful pictures. I love the second shot and the pink ruffly skirt is perfect.
What perfect little princess pictures these are -- so sweet!
I love your poem at the beginning! And of course your frilly little princess is a doll. I wonder the same thing for my little gal...
What a fantastic set! I am drooling over that skirt. And I know what you mean - where will her dance take her?
Oh, she looks divine in her petticoat! Hope her year ahead in pre-school is successful and maybe her new teacher will teach her a dance step or two. :)
These are gorgeous. The chair and it's textures add something different to the photos and fits so well in the setting. Love the dress!
One of the most amazing things about having TWO girls (and there are many!) is watching how truly different they are even while trying desperately to be "like" each other. I think she is going to have an amazing year at preschool - it sounds like a blast!
And the photos. Dear God, the photos. They are stunning! I LOVE the skirt. Addie was looking over my shoulder and actually squealed when she saw it...."Eeeeeee, Mama! Oh, I like her princess dress!" I think that she may have liked it as well.
Lovely words to go with equally lovely shots. The textures and dreamlike feeling are gorgeous. So peaceful.
With a caring mama like you, the world will be her oyster. There are some pretty fantastic people out there who dance to different drummers.
Oh how pretty in pink! I love #2 especially. What wonders the year ahead will hold for them all!
I often wonder about Harrison that way too, I just didn't have time to put into words as lovely as yours. Been kinda out of sync around here.
The photos are lovely, too. LOVE that second one.
awww..your baby is getting so big! These are PRECIOUS!
