Team Up Thursday
This week's theme was "friends". Me on the top and Megan on the bottom. Megan's photo should really be on a greeting card. It absolutely symbolizes friendship in every way. It also makes me a bit envious that she was just on the beach but whatev. My photo was from a recent session. These silly kiddos are our friends. As a mother, I truly hope that my girls turn out to be great sisters and great friends. As I look at this photo I can see this family having that kind of friendship and love. Play with us, friends. Join the fun.
(As a side note, I learned a long time ago to not delete a photo from the camera but rather wait to see them on the big screen first. This could've been an early deleter but I love it now. It's just so funny and I'd bet that it personifies each child perfectly.)

I'm going to try your tip on not deleting from the camera. It's something I am guilty of and then wonder about later on. I'm glad you didn't scrap that shot. As a mom, it's one that I would want of my kids. I agree with the greeting card necessity of the second shot.
Very nice team up this week!
I love the groups of kids and then the group of adults. The colors that time of day really are exquisite, aren't they? You guys never fail to amaze me!
Here is L is for Lollipop. My kids are getting all sorts of treats for the sake of this project. Ice cream, jelly beans, lollipops! They sure are enjoying it!
An early deleter? Are you kidding me? That photo is GOLDEN! :) I was telling Megan that I could easily choose either photo as a "place I'd rather be" right now. Beautiful shots!
Carrie and I did "Stuck" this week.
So fun, I love that tee-pee and what a cute idea for a pic girl!
We did Color today!!
cool! nice shots!
I never delete from the camera either. You never can tell until you see on the computer. I sure am glad you decided not to delete this one. So fun. That tee-pee is very cool. I love that your shot has little friends and Megan's has adult friends.
i do love these two together. looking at them makes me feel warm on this very grey morning:). did the family bring the teepee to the shoot, or is that your cute prop? really is such a great photo!
On an on-camera deleter, so now you have me wondering what I've missed! I'll have to try to stop doing that and give them all a chance. Can't imagine I'd ever have deleted that one tho - it's a GEM! Funny and sweet and gorgeous all at once.
Such a beautiful set.....makes me happy. being with "eachother" is such a good thing.
Beautiful shots from you both. I like the contrast of the kids from the front and the women from behind. The light in both is fabulous.
I have learned the same thing about deleting from the camera.
THAT tent again! And oh am I glad you didn't delete that one - it is perfect! I'm sure the parents adore that one..and I love yours and Megan's together...they are so different, but both have the same friendly mood!
Hello! Thank you so much for stopping by our blog and leaving us a comment. We're thrilled you're enjoying reading along as we journey through SE Asia. I love your picture and the beautiful flowers. It's fantastic.
Looking forward to your upcoming posts.
Have a wonderful day! All the best.
I love how they are not perfectly sitting and sort of all over the place. Its so how kids are. Im so glad you didnt delete it too. I dont normally delete in camera unless the lighting is SO obviously horrible. I also love the brightness of the black eyes susan flowers (isnt that what they are?). Both of these shots are bright and colorful and portray friendship wonderfully.
There's nothing quite like a solid friendship!
The quality of light in both of your photographs is beautiful, and the images equally as lovely!
My FRIEND :) Mary and I talk about LOVE and HATE over at A PERSPECTIVE PROJECT this week!
I'm guilty of early deleting. But not after this post. It's so true...you really must see it on the computer first because you never know.
Love your blog.
