Team Up Thursday

This week Megan and I worked with the theme "from lying down".  Megan's shot is on the bottom and is awesome.  That's actually more of what I was planning to do.  But I didn't get it.  And it just makes me what to work more for next week's theme.  Mine is a nice shot but just not what I had in mind.  That's the sky behind the flower.  And since it's pretty blown out you can't tell that my camera is lying on the ground below the flower.  But it's OK, next week's will be better.  What theme did you choose today?

If next weeks photo gets much better I might not be able to take it. Your photo is divine. I can absolutely see that as a fine art print on a wall somewhere. Hmm, maybe my wall. ;)

Carrie and I did Spring this week.

I love the simplicity of your flower, it really jumps out at you. I love the flare in Megan's, I a bit of a flare junkie!

Love the pics..oh you two girls always post something great.
We did VINTAGE today, feel free to stop by!

Happy Team up Thursday!

I love your shot even if it's not what you were thinking of. Very delicate and a beautiful close up. I think it complements Megan's shot with grass and the bleachers and the sunlight streaming down. Busy and simple all together. Nice. :)

Your shot is absolutely beautiful. You two totally rock it every single week.

yours is so simple...and yet alien at the same time:). i love the way it seems to be jumping out of the frame at the viewer. it's the perfect counterbalance for the chaos in my shot.

Both captures are stunning - the flowers appearing out of nothingness and the busy lineup below. I love your choice of theme, and we'll have to do something similar.

Lee and I each chose a Favourite Chore.

I dunno Melody...maybe that shot is not what you'd had in mind, but it is perfectly awesome in its own right! So bold and minimalistic. Nice!

I can understand when you don't get the pic you have in your mind...but I don't understand your disappointment with this one...it is gorgeous! Simple. Perfect.

There is almost a yin and a yang feel to these two shots. I think it's the difference that make them so cool together! And I would hang that purple flower shot on my wall, if you ever made it avalible for sale!

We got ours up at the eleventh hour! I is for Ice Cream

I love both these photos, the impatient feet, the suns rays, and the gorgeous flower! You are both so good at this! It's great to be a part of it all. We did lying down as well.

Melody, I agree, the flower in your shot coming out of the white background, makes a very awesome shot. Makes the detail of the flower standout in a very simple and awesome way. Both these are very different but go so well together. Love sun flare in Megan's. Always love seeing yalls shots!

Sorry Im late this week on posting. One of those crazy days yesterday. =)

Well, I agree with the other comments. I love both pictures. Because of your pretty flower they both look like they have a purplish tent. cool.
