Bluebonnets- Children's Photography, Boerne, Texas

If you follow any Texan's blog you've probably already seen the bluebonnet pictures.  They are everywhere, the pictures and the bluebonnets.  The bluebonnet is the Texas state flower.  If we get enough rain the previous year, we get bluebonnets in the Spring.  We got tons of rain last year so we are literally covered in wildflowers.  You can drive anywhere and see cars pulled over to take pictures in the bluebonnets.  I have not taken pics of my girls in the bluebonnets in years.  So I guess I was way over due.  If you want these pictures taken, get them soon.  They are everywhere but they won't last much longer.

i love that you juxtaposed the chain-link fence with the blue bonnets -- not your usual blue bonnet photo, i imagine. the girls look adorable, as always:).

Oh these are beautiful like always!!!
love all those bluebonnets too...they're amazing aren't they?!!!

I agree with you Melody! I cant get enough of the bluebonnets this year! So glad you guys got to experience them this year! The rain for sure has made them abundant here in Dallas area! I get excited when I find new location of them. Your daughters look thrilled as well! Beautiful pictures. Love both of them, the fence, cactus in background tells story of your location. Awesome angle/perspective on the last shot.
