On the Twenty Second Day of December

Yesterday we made Christmas cookies. Our traditional cream cheese cutouts. Yum. We ended up with minimal sprinkles on the floor this year. Sniff. The girls are growing up. It was a cold 40 degrees yesterday, we stayed in our jammies, got a fire going, nice. Visit Tracey's for more Best Shots on this last Monday before Christmas.
In case you are interested, I found a Christmas cookie photo contest that runs into January. You could win a nice prize while doing what you would have done anyway- make cookies then take pictures of them. At least that's what I do.

Wonderful photos, so warm! And what a beautiful kitchen you have! Happy Holidays!
That last picture is wonderful. The little apron she's wearing and the holiday spirit that sounds the rest of the picture in your home. Wonderful.

I love the atmosphere. I can almost feel it...smell it! What special memories! ...and YUM!
Beautiful cookies and home and girls! Your blog is lovely, too. Talk to me about the boots you have on in your "about me section"? My husband works for Rios of Mercedes and Anderson Bean... They look like a pair that I have!
i would spend all of my time baking if i had a kitchen that looked like that! ;) gorgeous. great pics too. hehe. your cookies look delicious.

Dare I ask how you make 'cream cheese' cut outs. They sound delicious!

First of all I LOVE your kitchen! Can I move in? Ha! And I love that last apron shot.
I could use a camcorder, but we ate the cookies before I could take a picture of them. We have our priorities at Christmas time, you know.
