Tricks and Treats

The motliest crew ever. The costumes are so indicative of the girls' personalities. I tried to talk Vienne out of being a princess because she is a princess every day. In some way or another she dresses, pretends, plays with princess toys nonstop. I gave in telling myself that that was just her. Natalya on the other had decided she wanted to be a robot. So this what she and Daddy created (who by the way is dressed as her creater the Mad Scientist.) Natalya is very creative, analytically minded. I'm so glad it turned out this way this year. Oh, I do have to note that Natalya did have a hard time walking and may have reconsidered her decision a few times during the hunt. She may have to reconsider the design.
Happy Monday to ya!

I love them! ;-) I'm shocked that my 3yo wasn't a princess...the cowgirl came about only because a friend in TN sent a gift for dress-up.
Happy BSM!
Awesome costumes!!!
that robot rocks! the mad scientist did a good job :).
fabulous picture and wonderful costumes! looks like a great halloween. :)
What wonderful costumes. I think the mad scientist did a great job helping out with the robot costume. :) And your princess is adorable.
I said the same thing about Ella this year being a princess. She didnt make a fuss either way over what she wanted to be so I bought her a mouse costume. But she too dresses up a s a princess everyday in one form or another. LOVE the robot and your husband as a mad scientist is hilarious!
That robot costume rocks!!! And the princess outfit is just perfect.
So creative and Love the pics!
A child in our neighborhood was a robot too!
Wonderful costumes - they really suit their personalities! That robot costume does seem a bit movement limiting LOL!
Oh I love them - I can totally see Em being a robot someday - I'll have to file this one away for future use!
And the princess, is just gorgeous, as always!
Great robot costume and I love the picture of them. I hear ya on the walking, I was the Empire State Building one year and as I jumped a fence (not an easy thing) King Kong took his dive of the top. I plan on posting that picture on Wednesday. yeah, it's late. I don't care. :)
Oh, I love how well this relfects their personalities! Perfect! Natalya's robot is brilliant, and I tried to talk Nadia out of a princess for the same reasons. :)
oh i love that she wanted to be a robot! that is wonderful!
I love that robot costume: How creative is that? I really like, though, that you were able to capture your kids so perfectly... it's how Halloween should work.
I know I couldn't convince my 4 year old to be anything but a princess. I love the robot costume and the mad scientist.
mad scientist hubby... makes it ALL come together... AND he created that... speaking of medals... he needs one!
when we were kids my made made us be presnts... all tied up in a box with a pretty ribbon... can relate to Natalya... the walking... and sitting... a tad challenging!
but she is oh so cute... worth it!
That robot costume is amazing! And, I love the mad scientist too! Looks like a fun Halloween!!
they are adorable! i love that your husband dressed up...so precious!
So cute! Getting mine up today, finally!
Nice. Good picture -Greg should be an actor and not a surgeon.
Please pay no attention to the fact that it is Saturday and I am just getting to BSM this week... What creative costumes -- although I should have expected nothing less from someone like you! These are great!
Superb! And just right, as you say. LOVE your Mad Scientist. And what were YOU this year?
