Team Up Thursday

Water water everywhere!  And not just in the rivers and swimming pools.  Hurricane Alex is en route and we're getting a little bit of rain.  We are to far inland for most of the hard stuff but a little rain is ok for us.  "Water" is also the theme for me and Megan.  Just charged up my underwater camera and took it out today.  How cute is that underwater bubbly face?  We went to the river last week and the girls spent lots of time catching minnows and damsleflies.  Aw, and look that that pony tail.  Won't be makin' those for awhile.  Team Up Thursday may be slowing down a bit over the Summer but Megan and I are still playing.  Come check out the goodies.

WOW - perfect!!!! What else to say? Love the theme and it seems there is summer in the air - see the themes of this weeks TUT - "water" - "under" - even Marcelles and my theme "seeing double" is related to summer and water..... Love the face and the bubbles and the glasses - ach - Love everything :)

Forget to mention that I love the look at the finger with the damselfly.... and thanks for telling me the difference between a dragonfly and damselfly :)

Perfectly timed capture, and I adore the vintage feel this photo has. You're multi-talented I see. :)

Carrie and I did "Sweet" this week.

LOVE the damselfly on your daughter's finger (what a great capture) - I didn't know the difference either!!! What we learn! Love the look of BOTH of your photos so much - SUMMER'S HERE and your photo reminds me of my childhood - just love them both. Love checking in every week!

The vintage processing is wonderful in your pic this week, Mel! And an homage to her long hair, too.
Megan's photo inspired me to get our underwater housing out as well...we are hitting the beach/pool for a weekend getaway and I want to do some "water" shots too!

The underwater shot is so cool! I don't think I could hold my breath long enough to take something like this!! And sweet V with her (I thought it was a butterfly) damselfly. Love her pink goggles. It's interesting that you two don't always post the same orientation and it can give the dip a totally different look. V cool.
We're following your themes now as both our brains are too fried to come up with a new list :-) These week we varied it a bit: On The Water

The vintage-y processing is spectacular. You guys are making me want to get an underwater camera.

You are quick, how did you capture that? I tried to capture a really cool butterfly the other day and all I did was breath and he was off. Great job, love the processing.

Wonderful water pictures! I want to go to the river (or at least get an underwater camera...) Great shots.

I love the watch, it is heavy, solid, modern, sporty yet very elegant and extremely good looking. The well known precision of a Seiko combined with the looks makes it a wonderful item to have. watches iwc|
