Team Up Thursday
Thursday, June 17, 2010 at 07:40AM
Nothing like adding to the end of school chaos like taking a last minute trip. I've also been planning V's birthday party. We always look forward to Summer vacation but we've yet to put on our calendar time for slow down. Not that I'm complaining and I really don't think the girls are bothered by it all. But chaos it is sometimes. Hey, it's even our theme for Team Up Thursday this week. Very appropriate. Megan on the left and me on the right.

At first I thought the theme might be "summer vacation"...the airplane, the mismatched clothes of a carefree summer...but then I read the description an it certainly makes sense! I love how your teaming created a little "chaos" in my brain as I tried to figure it out...then it comes together perfectly. This is meant to be a compliment by the way...sometimes it does not come out right in writing.
Amy and I did "summer colors"...just click on my name:)
Never thought of any "chaos" by seeing your picture but as I "know" the story behind its perfect!!!!! Love the ideas you girls always have - keeps my mind and brain busy.
Love to come by every week to get new ideas. Well done and soooo different - but thats "chaos" - LOL
Eventhough your shot does appear serence, I can so feel the chaos knowing you were stuck in that airplane. What a horrible feeling. I am glad you guys made it home safe and sound.
I totally agree with you. Everyone looks forward to summer but it feels like we're all too busy to actually enjoy it all. ;) Chaos and airports go together nicely too. Hope it's an excellent birthday.
I can totally understand the chaos of travel. The planning, the packing, the airport. Very accurate depiction, in my honest opinion! :)
Here is the latest in the alphabet diptychs.
i'm hoping things calm down around here after this weekend. i could do with a little less chaos as well :).
I'm always amazed at how much chaos vacations create! I hope you find some time to slow down...soon!
I want to know more about the being stuck in a plane thing. You sure have piqued our interest this week!!
Melody,
That's a Continental 737 I think?? Where did you go?? Still check in from time to time to check out the photos, which always look terrific!

I can total relate to being on a plane with kids and chaos.
I really enjoyed this article. I am always trying to foster good relationships with people who can help my cause. This really breaks it down to a step by step process which is good.
